3 Legitimate Reasons For Getting An Immediate Product Refund

Therefore today that your finally decided to purchase that product and can not wait to try it out, you have to find out that it does anything else but what you've expected. Don't worry about it, you still have a chance to get your money back with the following tips for obtaining a product refund instantly.

1. Wrong advertising

"Get 10k hits to your internet site in 24 hours". This such attractive promises might sure make you wanna flip out your credit card immediately. But when you apply the methods or use the software and have to find out that those 10.000 hits might really result in 10, then this is a legitimate reason for requesting a refund. Unfortunately it's not always that easy. Many vendors get around such false advertising by stating in the fine print that these results can not be guaranteed. So always watch such statement and if you do not believe what is advertised in a search for product reviews using your favorite search engine

2. Product out-of-date

Believe it or not, but I've seen products that were advertised and still happily took the money out of the customers' pockets but were totally outdated or did not work anymore. I once bought a product that could not be downloaded anymore but still had the sales page up and running, it even exposed the latest date indicating the end of a special advancement. Every try to contact the creator of the software failed and after I read in a forum that I wasn't the only one not being able to download the software,I contacted the credit card processing company and got my money back.

3. Usability

Not every software is very user friendly as Windows (you got the joke, right?!), which can be frustrating if you want nothing more than use it immediately. For most complex software products there exist written tutorials that exactly describe how to use them and sometimes even video tutorials that make the product handling even easier. If you've read and watched all tutorials and still cannot manage to use the product, then state this to the creator and you should get that refund.
If you've reached the product creator and still were non able to get a refund despite some legitimate and great causes, not all hope is gone. Most marketplaces offer a refund guarantee for products that were sold through them (e. g. Clickbank offers its customers a general refund policy of 8 weeks after the product purchase, for a vendor like PayDotCom you have to contact the credit card processor like Paypal which has a refund policy of 60 days).

It is always advised to clearly state the cause for your product return and to keep a social communication style. Even if the product is not worth a single penny it doesn't make things easier when you insult the creator. Try to show that you've really tried to use the product in an efficient way, maybe attach some screenshots, include suggestions what could be better, etc. The product creator might loose you as a client but still can gain from your experience and will almost of the time happily give you the refund.

Whatever you do, please be fair. It's just not right to purchase a product which you badly need and then asking a refund to get your money back but still continue to use the product. Most marketplaces (Clickbank, PayDotCom) tolerate two or even more refunds, but after that you may not be able to purchase anything again by certaincompany.

How to Write a Book and Get Published

Title: How to Write a Book and Get Published (Updated) Author:

Craig Lock Web Sites: http://www.bridgeniche.com and

http://www.craiglock.com/books.html

Publishing Guidelines: We hope that the following article, which

is an extract from our online creative writing course (formatted

to 65 characters) may be informative and helpful to your e-zine

readers, or on your web site. If it helps others "out there" in

any way, then we're happy. This article (as with all my

articles) may be freely published, electronically or in print.

"We share what we know, so that others may grow." * HOW TO WRITE

A BOOK AND GET PUBLISHED by Craig Lock

This short extract is from my booklet 'How to Write a Book and

Get Published' and is written for the "off-line" world of

publishing. Although it's a very brief look at this huge

subject, I hope these pointers may be helpful to aspiring*

authors. * What's the definition of an aspiring author? A

waiter! * Me write a book! A "pipedream" or possible?

Nothing is impossible, but the hardest part is getting an

acceptance from a publisher. Hope these tips may be helpful in

submitting your manuscript (hardcopy)... PRESENTATION OF YOUR

"WORK OF ART": Not how YOU dress, but how you "dress up" your

work. Some points to help you: * All text should be double

spaced. When I started writing I didn't know what "double space"

meant. Come a long way, "Sonny boy"! * one side A4 at least 25mm

margin on either side * in black ink. Use a new ribbon. Must

remember that one...when I can afford it. * consistent styles

regarding bibliographic references should be used * don't use

pins or staples. Use a rubber band or a paper clip to avoid

inflicting serious injury on the editor with a "dangerous

weapon" * on your final page write the words 'copy ends' * put

in an approximate word count (I don't do it). Send your

manuscript together, so it arrives on the editor's desk as one.

Don't send in sections (after writing or checking). Bits and

pieces are then more likely to be mislaid (sounds disgusting!).

And it happens quite often - misplaced (better word) by

publishers, I mean. If you do your work on a word processor

using a computer disc (I do), also send the work on paper. That

is the non-technical term for "software". Not tissue paper

please! NB: Keep a COPY of everything. All mail should have a

return address. Always send a covering letter with your

manuscript. Multiple submissions: OK, but always remember to

withdraw an offer, if publication is accepted by another

publisher. Write immediately. I find multiple submissions save a

lot in finding a publisher, as publishers are often extremely

tardy in replying to your unsolicitated* (big word) submissions.

* that's not standing on unlit street corners at night looking

for a publisher for your manuscript! Finally, always try to give

your work a 'real professional' look, as befits the effort put

into your work of art. Then BE PATIENT * A few final words...

Writing a book may seem extremely daunting ...and perhaps even

impossible to you, as I felt when I started out writing (like

flying to the moon); but if you believe you have some writing

talent just DO IT. As with eating an elephant ("hephelump"),

break it into "small chunks". The key is taking that FIRST STEP

in writing that first sentence...then one just gets involved in

your "work of art", as writing becomes a daily habit. One word

simply flows into the next...then one chapter just leads on to

the next one. PERSIST... and as the Nike ad says, Just DO IT

Then hopefully one day I'll see your name in print.

Eureka!
